2008 WUC Waterski: Inspection Visit

On December 5th 2007, the Inspection Commission composed of FISU Technical Chairman Water-Skiing Mr. Sergey Efimushkin, Mr. Ritschard Kuno, IWSF (International Water Ski Federation) President, and Mr. Phil Chase, IWSF World University Commission Chairman started their inspection visit in Beijing, China for the 2nd World University Water-skiing Championship.
On the second day, the FISU Inspection Commission participated a preparation meeting at the China Juvenile Water Ski Training Center with representatives from FUSC (Federation of University Sports of China), the China Water Ski Association and Renmin University of China, shared their valuable experiences about accommodation, transportation, program setting, pre-registration and some other detailed procedures of the Championship. With the guidance of Mr. Sergey, Ritschard and Chase, Bulletin 1 of 2nd World University Water-skiing Championship will be revised soon.
The FISU and IWSF delegates conducted the third day of their inspection in on-the-spot investigation of Ming Tombs Reservoir, which is the competition site for the Championship.
