The EUSA members cast their votes
On December 1st in Belgrade, Serbia, the European University Sports Association held its 9th General Assembly. The morning session started with the welcome speeches of Mr. Alberto Gualtieri, EUSA President and Mr. Sinisa Jasnic President of the National University Sports Federation of Serbia. FISU President Mr. Killian also took the floor to wish all the delegates a prosperous work and to remind them how important the Continental University Sports Federations are in the FISU Structure as adopted by the General Assembly last August in Bangkok. The morning session was dedicated to the presentation of the reports while during the afternoon session the 39 countries in attendance voted for the new board for the period 2007-2011. For the first time in EUSA, the President was elected for a four year period.
