If you have the stamp of the 2005 Winter Universiade in Innsbruck, Austria in your possession, cherish it because you own a collector’s item. To surprise FISU President George E. Killian, an avid philately collector, the Organizing Committee of the 22nd Winter Universiade managed to receive from the Austrian Post a number of limited sheets of a stamp with the image of ‘Unity’, the Universiade mascot. Denomination of the stamp is 0,55 euro. To celebrate the 22nd Winter Universiade, the FISU office used a red meter imprint with the Universiade logo on all postal items mailed from the FISU HQ in Brussels.
