2013 Universiades: One More Day to Go ...

Today, May 30th, fever is rising as one day is left before attribution of the 2013 Universiades. The delegations representing the candidate cities arrived yesterday to start building their promotional booths at the Plaza Hotel in Brussels where the attribution will take place at the Hotel’s theatre on Saturday May 31st during the FISU Executive Committee meeting. This afternoon, at 2 pm sharp, FISU President George Killian and a number of the FISU EC members officically opened the promotional booths of the 2013 candidates. Tomorrow during the day, the candidates for Winter (Maribor, Slovenia) and Summer (Vigo, Spain; Gwangju, Korea and Kazan, Russia) are given the floor for their last presentation to the FISU Executive Committee. The official anouncement will be at 8 pm.
