MA News: General Assembly and Elections at Hungarian University Sports Federation

MESF President Robert Frenkl
On November 17th, an awarding ceremony was held for the most successful Hungarian university athletes and their coaches participating in the 2006 World University Championships and the 2007 Universiades. Certificates of merit, plaques and gratuities were presented by MESF president Dr. Róbert Frenkl and Secretary-General Dr. Csaba Hédi. In the afternoon the General Assembly got started, and at the very beginning Dr. Frenkl – holder of several high posts, and president of the oldest functioning sport club - was re-elected by acclamation. The Executive Committee consist of 21 members, out of which 6 university students (previously 5), including András Rédli, 2007 Bangkok Universiade gold medallist fencer.
