The draw of lots
CISCA Meeting
FISU Executive Committee member Mr. Marian Dymalski lead the early morning CISCA meeting on Wednesday July 16th. During the CISCA Meeting the members reviewed all important issues of the FISU event. Mr. Nihat Doker, CIC member informed about the situation regarding the accreditation. Dr. Carlos Magalhaes, CMI member informed CISCA about the medical assistance and doping control procedure. FISU CT Chair, Ken Min explained the technical maters of the competition and importance of the WUC Taekwondo. Michal Buchel, from the FISU Sports Department illustrates to the CISCA members the opening ceremony and awarding ceremony. All official ceremonies will be organized according the FISU protocol.
General Technical Meeting and Draw of Lots
The General Technical Meeting and Draw of Lots were well prepared by the Organizing Committee in the Sava Centre. FISU CT Mr. Min introduced to the Head of the Missions the CISCA members and Mr. Sinisa Jasnic introduced them the Organizing Committee. After the introductions FISU Medical committee member Dr. Carlos Magalhaes took the floor and informed the Head of delegations about the medical assistance during the Championship. Doping control will be made during the Championship according the FISU Regulations and WADA Rules. After short speeches the Head of the Missions checked again the weight-in categories of their competitors followed by draw of lots.
Inspection of CMI
Member of the CMI Committee Dr. Carlos Magalhaes took care about the preparation of the doping control room and he spoke with the doctor from the OC Ms. Snezana Bankovic about the medical care during the championship. He also visited the accommodation for the competitors and officials. During all these meetings the participating athletes have been practicing at the Sport Hall all day long.
