2008 WUC Floorball: Update

The competition program for the 3rd World University Floorball Championship is now available. The event will be hosted in Finland by the joint collaboration of Finnish Student Sports Federation, Kuortane Sports Institute/Kuortane High Performance Training Centre, the City of Seinäjoki, the Finnish Floorball Federation, the Municipality of Kuortane and Floorball Club Seinäjoen Peliveljet. Six men’s teams (CZE, FIN, HUN, JPN, LAT, SWE) and four women’s teams (FIN, JPN, SWE, SUI) have entered the competition.
The competition schedule is as follows: November 5th Coaching Seminar* (12 pm) First Official Technical Meeting (4 pm) Opening Ceremony (6 pm) Welcome Party (7 pm) November 6th Competition Day 1 November 7th Competition Day 2 November 8th Competition Day 3 November 9th Competition Day 4 Closing Ceremony (about 6.30 pm) Closing Banquet (about 8.00 pm) November 10th Departures
