2008 WUC Baseball: Update

One day before the entry deadline eight countries have confirmed to send a team to the 2008 World University Baseball Championship which will take place in the Czech Republic from July 17th to 27th, 2008. By today the Organizing Committee of the 2008WUBC received the applications from the following countries (in alphabetical order): Canada Chinese Taipei Croatia Czech Republic Dominican Republic France Japan USA However, participation of more countries is expected. The Organizer still assume the participation of Belarus, Ukraine, Austria and Germany and maybe Cuba as well.
