FISU Goes Green

Recently, the FISU Headquarters received the green label ‘Eco-dynamic Company’ by IBGE, the Brussels Institute for the Environment (Institut Bruxellois pour la Gestion de l'Environnement). This way, FISU will do its part in vying for a greener world. To put it more concrete, the FISU Staff works in an ecologic controlled environment were less paper is used, low-energy light bulbs light the offices, excessive heating is restrained, office waste is recycled and all purchased office equipment has a save-energy mode. The Eco-dynamic label is awarded to every company or organisation which integrates environment-friendly measures into its daily management. The Brussels Institute for the Environment has been created on March 8th, 1989 by Royal Decree.
