Working Sessions and Strategic Orientations
In order to establish the strategic orientations of ODUPA, the members were divided in three working groups. The discussions and debates were focused on three main topics: the definition of the strategic orientations, the objectives and resources for mid and short terms policies and the areas of development. Those working sessions resulted in a final strategic document.
Several other meetings were held before and during the week-end. The executive boards of ODUPA, of the South American University Sports Confederation (COSUD) and of course of ODUCC, which is organising the 12th edition of its Games, met to discuss their working relations. We have to underline that it is the first time in the history of University Sport that countries of all the American continent met in a specific meeting to define a common policy for University Sport.
