A Dollar a Bottle

Environmental issues haves received more global attention than ever. A recycling measure, initiated by the OC, asks participants for returning their used water bottle in exchange for a new one. Or participants have to pay one dollar for a new water bottle if they don't. The OC hopes this policy will increase the awareness of all participants and call for further action.
