These systems will be realized by an online based interface. Cultural Program Historically, Gwangju is a city of cultural arts. There will be a variety of cultural events during the Universiade. It will be a festival for youth and friendship in unity. The National Asian Cultural Centre (142,718 sqm) which is currently under construction will open its doors in 2012.
