CUS Torino 'Camerun Lions' at 2007 WU

A touch of Camerun will flavour the Torino 2007 Winter Universiade. The CUS Torino Curling team - the Camerun Lions – being unable to take part in the competitions, will nonetheless play an exhibition game on January 25th, at 12 p.m., in agreement with the World Curling Federation. On two of the Pinerolo curling tracks, the CUS men’s and women’s team will challenge - on the four end distance – the teams composed by athletes selected from the delegations of different countries taking part in the Universiade. The event, which once more witnesses the internationality of the Universiade, will be attended by Michael Kima Tabong, the Camerun ambassador to Rome.
