Member Association News: End of the University Sport Season in Haïti

The Secretary-General of the NUSF of Haïti, Mr. Erby Beralte hands the footbal cup trophy to the captain of the winning team.
The NUSF of Haïti participated with a small delegation of 4 athletes and 1 official at the 12th edition of the ODUCC Games in San Salvaldor, El Salvador from June 13th to 22nd. Tudor Sanon won a gold medal in the +84kg category in Taekwondo.
Last Friday, the university sport season in Haïti come to an end with the final of the 10th edition of the University Football Cup between the University of Port-au-Prince and CMP (Centre de management et de productivité). UP won the game 4:2 in overtime. The NUSF’s football championship was won by UNASMOH, the American University of Modern Science; the basketball championship by the University of the Haïti Academy; the women’s volleyball championship by the University of Quisquéva and the table tennis tournament by the faculty of law and economic sciences by the State University of Haïti.
