6th World University Baseball Championship

One men's tournament of 12 teams selected by the Executive Committee.
Participation
Each country selected is authorised to enter:
- one (1) team of twenty two (22) players.
The countries participating in the Baseball tournament must bring with their delegation and at their own cost:
- one (1) international IBAF umpire.
Delegation
Each country is authorised to enter a maximum of twenty seven (27) persons of whom twenty two (22) may be competitors and five (5) officials. Participating countries must provide the Organising Committee three (3) months before the start of the championship, with the names of two (2) international umpires IBAF (1 effective + 1 non-travelling substitute) per team. Any country failing to fulfil this obligation will pay a penalty fee per missing referee to the Organising Committee (Art. 5.3).
Age Brackets
The competitors must be born between January 1st, 1984 and December 31st, 1994.
