2009 SU Update: Inspection of the Works

The diving towerYesterday, April 27th, the FISU CTI Vice-Chair Mr. Alberto Gualtieri and FISU Sports Department Manager Michal Buchel, paid an inspection visit of the competition and training venues reconstruction works in Belgrade, Serbia, host of the 25th Summer Universiade.
The Organizing Committee started the reconstruction work as scheduled and requested by the CT Chairs during their visit late March this year.
The progress of the reconstruction works is on schedule in all functional areas of the competition and training venues within the city of Belgrade.
The new training and competition venues for Table Tennis was also inspected by the CTI Vice-Chair but these facilities still await final approval of the FISU CT Chair for Table Tennis, Mr. Hrehorowicz.
